Ethics Task Force

The Ethics Task Force helps the Council advance our mission by supporting our membership in committing to a set of shared ethical principles that guide how we do our work. Council members on the Task Force help maintain and develop the Council’s Ethical Principles, consider sanctions of Council members for unethical conduct, and provide strategic guidance to the Council’s work on ethics and high-integrity philanthropic behavior.
